Each of us is born with 20 teeth. But when a child is born, there is not a single tooth. Yes, the teeth are there but they are not visible. Every child has a predetermined time for teething. And every child has a predetermined time for those teeth to fall out. Then they grow permanent tooth.

Many people believe that bones are the hardest substance in the body, but this is not the case. The hardest organ in the human body is the tooth which is made up of over 96% minerals which are harder than bone.
38 days of life for teeth
You spend approximately 2 minutes a day brushing. So that’s how you save 912 hours of your life brushing. Which is roughly like 38 days. That means, you spend 38 days of your life on your tooth.
How to take care of your teeth
Taking care of your teeth is essential to maintaining good oral hygiene and preventing dental problems such as tooth decay, gum disease and bad breath. Here are some tips to help you take care of your tooth:

- Eat a healthy diet: Avoid sugary and acidic foods and drinks that can wear down your teeth’s protective coating and cause cavities. Instead, eat a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
- Limit unhealthy snacks: Snacking between meals can increase your risk of tooth decay. If you must have breakfast, choose healthy options like raw fruits and vegetables or cheese.
- Visit your dentist regularly: Schedule regular dental checkups and cleanings every six months or as recommended by your dentist. Your dentist can detect and treat dental problems early and help you maintain good oral health.
